SMART for NEO is a part of the Youth-Ed Ministry pillar of Harvest Leadership Alliance (HLA). We are a relational network of leaders committed to seeing every student in Northeast Ohio encounter Jesus and grow in biblical truth. Through partnerships with local churches, Released Time Bible Education (SMART), and All School Assembly Programs (ASAP America), we help ministries and schools work together to reach youth in legal and spiritually impactful ways.
